Body Awareness Series


Translated as "breath work" or "energy work," this consists of a few minutes of gentle breathing sometimes combined with movement. The idea is to help relax the mind and mobilize the body's energy. This belongs to the series of body awareness seminars.

Body Awareness Series

Inner Strength

A combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
